How to request information, access, correction or deletion of personal data related to PAPACandle and PAPA XAUUSD.

Your privacy rights
Depending on the situation and the conditions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may ask for access to your personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and object to processing (Art. 21). When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it (Art. 7).
How to submit a request
Write to papacandle8@gmail.com stating the right you wish to exercise and enough details to identify the relevant data or support conversation. Do not send your ID document unless it is specifically and legitimately requested for identity verification.
Response times and limitations
The controller will respond without undue delay and generally within one month of receipt, with extensions where permitted by Article 12 GDPR. Legal exceptions may apply; identity verification may be necessary for some requests. This page is an explanation of rights, not a substitute for the complete Privacy Policy.
The app and external services
PAPA XAUUSD uses local app functions and an external market-data provider, BiQuote. Website hosting and future Google Play subscriptions may involve separate service providers. The final data-flow and retention review remains pending; consult the Privacy Policy and its publication status.
Complaints and governing rules
You may submit a complaint to the competent data-protection supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. The official texts of the GDPR and the Garante website are linked below.
