1. Nature of the service
PAPA XAUUSD provides technical-analysis tools, market-structure descriptions, indicators and selectable alerts for the gold market. It is not a broker, does not execute orders and does not provide personalised investment recommendations or automatic BUY/SELL instructions.
2. Indicative prices and no guarantee
Market quotes are sourced from BiQuote and are indicative. They may be late, stale, inaccurate, unavailable or different from broker prices. Charts, derived levels, scenarios and descriptive explanations are approximate informational outputs and do not guarantee a future market outcome.
3. Market and trading risks
Trading gold, derivatives and CFDs can involve substantial risk, including leverage, gaps, volatility, spreads, slippage and loss of capital. You alone are responsible for evaluating suitability, consulting qualified professionals when needed and verifying executable broker quotes independently.
4. Alerts and local analysis
An event can be IN FORMATION, CONFIRMED, INVALIDATED or STALE. Alerts depend on the selected conditions, candle status, available network, Android battery and notification restrictions, and data freshness. Delivery, timing and completeness are not guaranteed. PAPA AI provides descriptive local interpretations and does not replace independent evaluation.
5. Availability and changes
Service availability depends on the device, internet access, BiQuote and Android/Google services. Functions may change during testing or in later releases. No uninterrupted access or continuous coverage is promised.
6. Free and Premium plans (planned)
The planned model includes a free GRAPH page and Premium access to additional functions. No current price or paid entitlement is being promised here. If a subscription is introduced through Google Play Billing, purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions will be presented before payment and governed by applicable law and Google Play rules.
7. Original works and third parties
Original PAPACandle material is protected under applicable intellectual-property law. BiQuote raw market data, external marks, third-party libraries and their licences remain separate. No raw-data resale rights or partnership with BiQuote are granted.
8. Responsibility and consumer rights
Use of the informational material is at the user’s discretion. To the extent allowed by law, PAPACandle is not responsible for independent trading decisions based on the app. Nothing here excludes mandatory legal rights, consumer protection or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
